We dedicate the utmost care to our olive trees because they are the basis of an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
Our Family cares for 1000 plants, with an average age of 40 years.
The plant varieties are: “Ravece, Leccino, Grappolo, Cima di Melfi and Ortolana”

Storage

The conservation and natural decantation of the oil (unfiltered) takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Working process

After careful cultivation of the land throughout the year

  • The olives are harvested manually in November, because in that period they reach a medium ripeness.
  • The pressing of the extra virgin olive oil takes place within 24 hours of harvesting, strictly cold.
